Lead singer and backup singer on saturday are missing. So the sub for the backup is leading. Which means I become the backup if the backup does not come, because I'm the sub for the backup of the backup. But that would mean no drummer, so the sub drummer takes over. But the sub drummer can sing, so he can backup and I drum.. zz.. lousy system.
I love doing reviews on Ixus-es.. It is, seriously too fun, though probably boring for the reader. Just released was the Ixus 900 IS. The great thing about IS-es is their cool, above average zoom, the 900 of 4x, equivalent to that of a powershot. The other not so important and should be making you worry about but still cool things of this cam is the 8.0 MP, unnecessary for people who actually reads this blog but good to show off. All Ixus have Face Detection AF, Ae, and FE, which I have explained in a Ixus 70 & 75 review and won't bother to again. Basically, it's cool.
On to the REAL stuff.. ... The DIGIC III Imaging processor which was only found in Canon SLRs originally, processes images you have taken 100 times faster than your brain. Which means when it displays the image, the light rays emitting from the high resolution 2.5 inch LCD screen(which brightness can be adjusted) is so fast that you eyes can't register it properly for 1/100, of a second, assuming my brain cells are unflawed. It also takes lesser power than the other cams, causing your $79 Lithium Ion battery to die slower. Unless of course you are using a modified fake which I highly unrecommend. It also works with your ISO up to 1600(and a shift function which allows you to shake your camera during vigorous activities and still get clear pictures of optimum noise), to process signals.. umm... nevermind.. your pictures are smoother... Oh yeah and plug your cam into a HD LCD screen anytime...
Like other new Ixus-es, the optical image stabiliser reduces blurring in any case of freak coldity or retarded spasms. Due to it's somewhat convenient buttons, you can organize your photos and videos in the camera itself, into folders and sub folders, appearing exactly on your computer. Get an USB cable for $9.90 at Challenger and plug it into any epson or canon printer that has pictbridge to print your photos. I recommend Epson's Ultra glossy paper for $9.60 - 20 sheets.
One more extremely important thing - make sure you buy this camera (if you are) after 'O' levels are over. Because it's definitely gonna be cheaper, plus I would be working again so I get commision when you buy it from Funan Challenger...
